WOW Philippines Travel Agency Terms and Conditions

 

1. Rates for all hotels, air-line tickets, land and sea transfers include all Government taxes.

2. No service charges are ever charged to you by WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc.

3. Use of our WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. website implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

4. All pictures on this site are for guidance purposes only, actual room and hotel appearance may vary.

 

5. The customer is responsible for full payment of their hotel, airline, land and sea transfer booking paid directly to WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. prior to their arrival to the hotel, airline, and or land and sea transfer.

 

6. If no cancellation letter has been received in writing from you, the client, and you fail to show up at the hotel, airline, and or land and sea transfer you are still responsible for the full amount of your booking value and no refund will be due.

7. Any changes to your reservation must be done at least 24 hours in advance and through WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. authorized agents. WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. will try and accommodate all changes to your reservation, subject to hotel, airline and land or sea transfer availability. Change request should be made through our website or by contacting our travel agents directly by, at, CONTACT US.

 

8. Any deposits made to WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc for third party activities are non-refundable.

 

9. Late Check-ins and Early Checkouts are non-refundable.

10. Please keep in mind that accommodations can be very limited during, high, peak and super-peak seasons. Therefore a stricter cancellation policy is implemented at these times. Please read the cancellation policy for each hotel and resort listed on our website very carefully before booking.

11. In the event you do not show for the first night of your reservation or for your airline flight or for your land and or sea transfer then, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be listed as a no show, unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance with WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc.

12. All prices are based on the Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency Conversions are based on public online sources and are approximate.

 

13. Charges to the customer's credit card by WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. are in Philippine Pesos.

 

 

Cancellation and Change of Reservation Policy

 

 

1. If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation their 15% deposit if applicable is, forfeited - NON REFUNDABLE.

2. If a reservation is cancelled fewer than,

46 days or more 50%
31 - 45 days 25%
15 - 30 days 15%
Less than 15 days (no refund at all)

 

3. Amendments to a booking will be handled on a case by case basis and will be depend upon room availability. No refund will be given for shortened stay.

 

Peak Season & Super Peak Season - Special Cancellation Policy

 

For any reservation that includes peak and super peak season dates the cancellation policy is as follows:

 

1. If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation their 15% if applicable, their deposit is forfeited.

 

2. If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation within 30 days of the preceding check-in date, the entire booking amount will be forfeited. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

 

3. Please note that the above check-in dates refer to Philippines time (+8 GMT)

 

Terms and Conditions Effective Date:

The effective date of this policy is July 01, 2010. It replaces all prior terms and conditions policies issued by WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions policy at any time. Revisions of this policy will be posted on our WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. websites and sent via email to our current customers, as required by law.
